As a kid I longed to be a girl detective. Solving mysteries with my loyal side-kick. Asking questions. Following up clues. Being smart.
One of the best things about fall is the new books. So I’m compiling my fall reading wish list of books I hope will entertain and inspire me.

Ever eaten at the automat? A panoply of food stretches off into the distance and you try not to choose everything. Kind of like with reading.
This week I am rereading Jane Austen. Which means I can revel in the book and not worry if the characters will find happiness. Or not.
